@Godbody knows what im saying...

@Just C your logic is retarded & your only comparison is soccer.

It doesn't matter where the games are being played, all that matters is its the best competition from around the world competing in that 1 league. so the best team is dubbed world champions.

I have the perfect example.

America right now are probably the most consistent country in boxing.

The NABF title is far from the World Championship.

boxing is not a team sport. invaild.

Boxers may go to America for fights but they don't train there, practice there, join American crews. They stay and train in their respective countries with their own personal trainers & are scheduled to fight in various places.

Plus in a years span they don't nearly have enough competitions to fight against all the top prospects.

nice try tho

I could example cricket, rugby any number of team sports. the same rules apply accross the board. You're the odd 1 out here, not me.

And btw I only NEED 1 example. I'm talking basketball and used "sock errr" as an example.

Sorry NBA teams are 44-10 against all Euroleague teams but 12-7 when playing away from home. http://www.nba.com/global/games2013/...list.html#euro

Okay then, MMA.

For anyone saying MMA is not a team sport, they obviously know nothing about training camps. I've never heard a fighter refer to his strategy as "my strategy", they'll say "We had a plan and we executed it well".

MMA fighters have training camps. They train there, practice there, join crews. They move countries to train.

You also need to look into what rules were played in those games. As far as I'm aware Fiba and NBA rules differ. For instance you wouldn't get away with anywhere near as much traveling using Fiba rules and refs as you do NBA.

Lol That kinda makes a mockery of the NBA. We all know travelling should never be allowed.

But hey they have to make it a spectacle extravaganza, right?

If it's played in North America it's NBA rules if it's played in Europe it's Fiba rules. Yes I agree there is wayyyyy too much traveling and Fiba refs would call that. However playing the ball when it's in the ring is not allowed in NBA however in FIBA you can do whatever you want when the ball is bouncing around the hoop. It would be called goaltending in NBA. FIBA three point arc is also smaller
