Genuine question, do you have mod powers? Can you lower and raise VP on battles? And delete votes? Cuz if you can do that then it'd be a cool idea if you were going to focus on voting in general and not just FVC voting. One of the main things I did when I was a mod was browse battles and lower and raise VP when I saw trends of really good or really bad voting or too high / too low rates. Rates is definitely something you need to focus on because it fucks up everything, even if the votes are going the right way the rates NEED to be realistic and not generous because they're scared they'll get hate votes on their battles.. always been a huge problem with FVC and voting in general.

^^^^the real verity finally showed up this time.. and yes my main focus is trying to clean up as far as votes goes and make sure fvc members are doing their job answering requests and dropping good votes.which was an initial problem with fvc when i first started... peeps hardly responded to requests for good votes. and now im trying to oversee and help with thatt..but thankyou verity for your insite on stuff u did.. i welcome ideas and suggestions to help better serve you all..

Ok cool, the whole reason of the thread is usually mods with specific duties aren't given the tools to actually fulfil the duties they have and then receive loads of hate, which is (believe me or not) i said why aren't you just a text mod. I know it used to piss me off so much when I was a topical mod and couldn't do anything, and it used to annoy Mayneak when he was admin without the powers haha.

I assumed you didn't have actual mod powers but if you do then it makes more sense, was just talking from experience haha.

Well I mean it really depends on who you're voting on. Illokwent has done his fair share of votes and continues to do so. I think those kind of expos are pretty adequate enough for a passing vote. I think that's the ideal way to vote. But when most of the site is overrun by people of my level and lower it is tedious to have to give an indepth explanation or a bar by bar breakdown. Don't cast your pearls before swine. If the person he's voting for truly wants to elevate then they can do as he says and pm for a larger expo but why go through the trouble of writing a large ass expo for someone who might not even comprehend it let alone care for it in the first place. In depth expos are usually saved IMO on people of higher caliber that can understand the terms and are known for the want to to elevate. Does that make sense? @Student
