Exactly. Even if you take RULE, he was essentially spotty at best from like 2013 - 2019 so he hit about 4 years consecutively, about 5 years total.

I agree w/the Lock point. He really picked it up past few years, since I been around anyways.

I ain't seen Kiwi's bar's enough to say he was best Rookie since Edge.

Edge is only like a year in or so anyways -- here's a question, when do you "stop" being a Rookie?

Skill. I remember dissing Punk a lot for being 3 years on and still being a rookie. Edge hasn't been a rookie since not long after MC Hyena.
