you're using it wrong. i actually had a plan for it, hopefully you can still use it. all new members should be locked on only battling in there. or, rather, you have to get to a certain milestone to be able to participate in ranked battles. this will accomplish a few things.

1. weed out the spam of bad battle that discourages people from voting.
2. organize a place where these guys can duke it out, and be left with helpful feedback
3. prevent season tournaments from getting dudes auto put in who will no show
4. give motive to newer users to elevate
5. give elo a bigger impact in ranked

He may as well close the whole site at this point... he's had to borrow money from his mom to pay the hosting fees more than once and the forum looks like it was built in 1995... oh wait, it was.
