guts as mod?

i'm not sure it's time yet. i fucked up as a mod previously. a lot of you have heard rumors, or were apart of it. i let my personal issues with punk and eth effect my choices. i wasn't considerate enough of my fellow staff members, and how my actions reflected poorly on them too.

i love letsbeef, and no matter what, i'll be here with all my ideas and effort. but i don't think i'm going to consider being a mod until i earn that kind of respect.

a few notes about staff in general

1. i think tournaments are too wild right now. our activity is low, and the tournaments should reflect that. i think there shouldn't be a tourn set without at least 16 members that are known for showing up. i think we need to stop putting in people who habitually no show tournaments (lookin @you rupt)

2. i would like to see voting power explained and handled publicly. there is no reason it should be hidden.

3. voting power needs to be altered again. new members should have 0, and earn their vp. just like playing a game, you don't start of with every part of your kit. you have to learn how the game works. also, to my knowledge people are not getting voting power altered. obviously it needs to be. bnas (somebody who campaigns his personal issues via votes) should not impact an actual battle, and especially not in the same way as somebody like edgeworth. highly skilled battlers, and knowledgeable voters should have the max vp, everybody else will be trying to earn their way there. ALSO staff should NOT HAVE MAX VP JUST FOR BEING STAFF. their vp should reflect their knowledge and voting skills in general.

4. fvc members should be the most active voters on site, and their vp should reflect their actual voting skill.

5. i'd like to see staff discuss more things openly with the general population of lb

Honestly I'm cool with Auto getting Mod spot. You got 1 in 2 of the major crews if it goes like that, and RULE to balance it out as a 3rd party Mod (Classick could always become a major crew again. All depends on RULE).

Also, I appreciate the consideration, but I also understand if they wanna go in a new direction. Good luck to whoever gets it regardless.
