but on a real note, in text we kap what we are rhyming, if I was intending on rhyming tha whole word ADOPTED then tha whole word would be kapped, ergo, me typing it as aDOPTED.. Text is waaay different, apples and oranges type shit. moot point son.

Biz, aDOPTED RULES ENGAGEMENT isn't 7 syllables. You aren't rhyming words, you're rhyming syllables. You can start rhyming a syllable whenever you want, including in the middle of a word.

So in this instance the rhyme starts at DOPTED RULES ENGAGEMENT

saying it out loud, its 7 syllables. Argue all you want DGAF.
