It would be great if the energy moved to battling instead of the forums, that's my bigger concern about this thread. Why aren't people battling? That's what the site is for.

My theory is that the current site doesn't have enough incentive to battle, the barrier to battle is high (requires voting, active members), the rewards are minimal (points, ranking) and some consider the voting system unfair. These are issues I am going to address in the new site.

Think about it this way. The only reason you’re still active is because my thread gave you something to talk about. You would either be battling or logging off, which proves controversy sometimes create activity.

Currently though it's just become a negative feedback loop. Nothings going on so no one posts anything. No one posts anything so nothing is going on. I dont see it coming up again until the new site. Hope yall promote that heavy af too cuz a mobile player could have saved this site a year ago. I love this place, but currently I love it like I love my grandma. Which is a lot.

i think @x and @Pugz have misjudged how much guys like noble and rule did here from running tourneys to HoF to trying to get people back active... at the end of the day maybe it helped more than it hurt
