Let's say you pump some gas into the empty tank of your car and only put in a half gallon. Then you are asked, "how many gallons of gas are in the tank?" Is your answer zero?

Rant 09-15-2015 01:21 AM

Yes. :monkey:

it's the wording . f you were asked to describe the percentage of foot to inches or express it as a fraction then yes, it would be one twelth of a foot etc , but he asked how many foot in an inch , which to me is zero . same as how many flcoks in a sheep . how many barrels in a galllon . how many hedgehogs on a prick . how many mouth in a teeth ...etc lol .

I don't get the point of watching stupid people be stupid, it's redundant.

@COFFIN DODGER & @Rant is right on this one... there are no "feet" in an inch due to feet being plural.... there is only 1/12 of a single foot.... yes.... precisely.:monkey: Not sure 0 is right tho... seems like a go to response. Zero is such a strong quantity or lack there of... lmao

Aren't you guys so glad I brought back the monkey?

A unit of measurement is almost always pluralized when expressed in decimal form, even when less than 1. Read the following out loud: .3 ft
