Except I sent my battle, you never changed the brackets to make that official. To my knowledge I was battling Freek, as that was the last thing you said to me about it.

That I will take fault for. I didn't change the bracket for two reasons, A: It was SO late in the time frame for the card. B: It mostly slipped my mind. But, despite that, even that being the case, Freek didn't make the deadline responding. Lol.
