The big thing that's gonna stop me is I see cats writing in some mad different styles than when I was around. Mad complex, but no flow at all.

Most people write for an accapella format. Also, the way in which you read it not flowing, doesn't necessitate that the verse does not flow.

I get what you are saying..but like back in the day it was a point of pride to be able to scheme for several lines. Now I see guys going fucking one and done on a rhyme. In my mind only using a multi for one line is a negative, and fucks up the verse. I never usually use a scheme for less than two punches. But I'm from a different school of thought.

Like, if I do an eight. Unless i'm just bullshitting it, I try to use one scheme the whole verse.
