Many of the vets are probably old people by now... they just aren't interested anymore or don't have the time. If DaDDiO is a GoldMic head, as @Bleu has suggested, he could easily be in his 40s and busy with other things.

Its never too late to improve at something and there are plenty of tools, threads, information on this site right now to help you do so.

If talksick can win a GC 7 years after joining this site, why couldnt you? or anyone else for that matter?

its not a marathon you have to run to get better and this. the tweeks you need to make are quite simple. just gotta get started down that path.

Not even just vets, heavyweights also. This site needs eye-catching battles, THAT will motivate people. Getting recognition for putting something dope out and wanting to up-the-anti on shit around here.

How long would it take for you to respond w/ the GC coming lol. You said yourself you're a slow writer, I'm not waiting a month for a 32. If you want to write and then let me know when you're done, I could finish a 32 in a day or 2.

You DONT need established heavyweights to battle to become one yourself.

It is and always has been about the bars. You start writing that fire, and it doesnt matter who your opponent is.

a one off win over a old heavyweight wont change your status one bit. it gives you a name to type when the "who u beaten" threads pop off but thats about it.

until you go on a 30+ battle run, destroying everyone of those opponents, you cannot claim there to be no competition.

i mean damn in your last 11 battles you lost 4 times. cant buy this one homie.

Yeah I'm a slow writer, but if we're doing this with the sole intent of making a dope, eye-catching battle, I can set aside a few hours to get working, and several hours doing nothing but writing (I get easily distracted so it might take longer than that to finish lol) should be long enough for me to write a strong 32... I can only do that on the weekends though. So probably we could do this next weekend if you want.

Why save bars? not like its impossible to consistantly write hot lines.

a tourney is 6 battles tops. no reason you cant have 15, 20+ hot battles a month.

& i feel you on the voting, but its a cycle. Dash said earlier he doesnt vote cause the battles suck. Now you wont have hot battles cuz no-one votes. Gotta start pedelling at one end or the other, feel me?

But in my last 4 I've beaten people who've repeatedly beaten me a couple months ago. I've been elevating since I started here, and look how many votes me vs. Enfinite got.. FOUR lmao. I'm always asking people to battle, seems like Row, Bleu, Lock are the only ones who're willing to battle me. I've tried to set-up battles, I'm all about putting on a show. You go through all them battles and you try to pull out 1 that I didn't show-up at. Everyone on this site knows I'll go toe-to-toe w/ anyone. I sign up for just about every tournament.

Sit down, set aside a hour or two and get writing a nice verse. good way to do it.
