Nah, bro, With Mac Gargan, and Eddie Brock both, there were no webs. The suit itself slung them from place to place in the fashion that the webs do so for SpiderMan. But they were all the product of the suit, and a part of the suit.

Edit:

They were /not/ webs in the sense that Spider Man has webs.
