@Nicholas I can't say I don't feel where you're coming from. However, if and when a change does occur in staff VP, it will be when staff as a collective has decided that it's what's best for the site. Personally, I am open to the idea. I know a couple of mods who wouldn't mind this sort of change either. But there's also a lot to consider and we would have to deliberate over it.

I can see both sides of the story here ....

Let me put another idea in .....

Put mods on Sam VP as FVC ...

However if you feel ya shit isnt getting the votes it should etc as a mod you should have the option for your vote to be a 4vp or a 6vp dependant on the battle and the request sent to them to review or vote on it ...

Obviously if its a case of deleting some shitty votes and then voting accordingly the 4vpmshould suffice ...

If its a case of a known hate voter but they have voted in a manner which can't be determined as a hate vote then a mod should be able to vote with a 6vp

My stance on this is pretty well known. NOBLE apologized when telling me my VP was 6, knowing how I felt about it haha. To me, I don't have an opinion 3 times as important as a regular good voter.

Mods: 4
FVC/Very well respected voters: 3
Regular Members: 2
Weak Voters: 1
Bad Voters: 0

That'd be ideal imo.

I think Mod and FVC VP should be the same but I could live with that.

Thanks, but from what we've seen in this thread from Just C and AT I can't say I'm expecting much.

I don't mean to come across like Row, that's not me. It's just a suggestion and one I think a lot of the members can relate to. Asking Staff to surrender some of their powers is like asking the upper class if we can tax them more. Of course they're going to refuse, I think you need to ask those that it affects e.g the members.

I accidentally changed somebody's VP to 600 when I was a mod. Just a fun fact for you there.

Nobody should have VP except for mods.
