Just because you don't think its possible to get 1,000 real followers for $10 or something doesn't mean it is. Maybe there's people out there tryna help without asking for much in return. I sell tweets for $1 and give people the opportunity to advertise to 190,000 followers of mine. Some are artists tryna get their name out there... and $1 to send a message to 190,000 followers? You get paid by advertisers for posting their links and you get paid per click. You can get paid for making YouTube videos or posting their links on your Twitter, FB, Tumble, Google+ etc

So if there's an advertisement that's 2cents/click and you get 1,000 clicks... well you get the idea
