Presumably he'll be sticking to the order of the nursery rhyme, suggesting that he is a tidy, and neatly kept individual, when not busying himself with work, he often turns to tidying the home, or small house hold activities. The disorganization of the verse itself suggests meticulous planning in method, but completely random in selection of the victim. He likely follows his victim for several days before hand.
