you can study people with real skills all you want and figure out how to structure a verse and what have you

but if you don't have the creativity and originality factor then you will be what this site is full of today..............a bunch of people (minus a few) who aren't interesting enough to be worth reading

I still wouldnt say Six was as good as LB. You will have it put into your head as that was your site, and you guys had your particular vets and shit, but people from other sites tried Six, and never liked it and never thought it was good enough. People from HHA etc. The only reason other sites dont fuck with LB is it's bad name, but you, chizzle, street famous etc. all come to this site from other sites, despite the bad name, and think its good. LB I think is the best site for text battling, and one of the best for audio battling, ever on the net. Maybe it's just my biast opinion, but any vet from here that went to other sites have usually dominated...

they probably came to six after it was basically dead and there werent any battles poppin off, you werent around then idt, whens you start doin this shit?.. like 07 ?.. it was poppin from 04-early 07 there were alot of crews, but mainly 4 dope crews with 10-15 members each, and constant crew beef, about 50-60 peeps that were all on the same level virtually, beef was constant, the site was poppin, i'm a mod. there and had shit straight, i will say L.B's battlin setup is better, and the audio setup is better, but not by much, i wasnt here when shit was jumpin, so i cant tell you which is better, but i can tell you you werent around either when six was jumpin, but to be honost i could see where l.b could have been better, if it had the activity and the beef to go with 50-60 talented dudes all on the same level, then yeah, its a dope site, nice audio setup, but there was no better beef/crew battle site than six.

i think the problem is you're not looking at enought battles. there is a lot of talent on here. most of the talent is getting slept on.

does ony one on here remember a site called Freestylebattlearena.com? that shit is what really got me into trying to elevate. there were like 5 cats on there that would slaughter anyone on this site. Finesse,Mikefinity,Skripture,Slug Rusha, and Infamous. that was back in 03. I think the site got shut down in either 04 or 05.

^^ yeah i remember that site, six had a site battle with them in like 04, it was me, goldenchild, and three others vs. skripture, infamous, and mikefinity and two others, the three i mention'd were straight beast, i lost to skripture by one vote, dudes concepts were outta this world.

Yeah, like I can't say much to it as I wassent there, but I do think that LB could stand with any site in it's height of activity. When I first joined at least, in 07, there was lists of guys who were dope, too many to name. De Swagger, Street Famous, UA, Askari, Multiple Madness, Illimit, Left Field, Real Talk, Conceited etc. Thats just the amount I wrote until I got board lmao, but I dunno I havent seen any sites around atall that I thought had the amount of definitive vets as LB.

Eth- FBA would shit on LB. There are a few cats on here who might compete text wise with them, but audio...never. If FBA was still up and running, I probably wouldnt be on LB.

Lemmy put it this way, theres many legends around now dosage, dudes from 2000 that are still semi active on other sites.....none of the mention FBA ever, or have even heard of it.

nah i wasnt really one of the big guys on fba at that time. i got props from a few vets for a couple of my lines and concepts, but i wasnt fuckin with em.

OF COURSE a mod would say that...one good thing about FBA was that there wasnt a gay ass time limit for audio battles. i think the line limit for text battles is ok, but audio time limits are lame as fuck. just my opinion though.
