I feel like past mods made it this way. This is not always true because I was the same way when I wanted to be a mod. #Punk4Mod all over the place and I wasn’t the worst mod. Was definitely the most active ANYTIME I was a mod.

I think you guys are looking at it wrong. Forget "general mod". Specifically have something you want that mod to do, get some ideas from people about that field, and make your decision off of that.

For example; RULE with tournaments and events.


My vote would be Lock, but only if the mod spot was specifically related to voting.

I haven't been around for some years, so I can't say that I have an opinion on whom should become the mod. But if at any point the staff needs help with anything, mod or not, just let me know. I probably won't be partaking in the battling minus maybe topicals if I am up for it at the time, but I will still be sticking around and chilling, so if there is any spot where you can use my help, please let me know.

Honestly, the previous mod team should of never been demolished. We finally had everyone communicating, which was always a huge issue because everyone was in their own world prior to that. Which ever cocksucker spread the rumour that the previous batch was corrupt, please, come fourth, and provide evidence. The fact that a new mod team was brought back is enough proof that it should never of been disbanded in the first place. Also, be careful when choosing the next mod, people come and go, the reason why I suggested Lock is because the dudes been consistently on for years, so its a safe option.

To be honest, the whole previous mod team gets the blame for Guts' mistakes. I stayed out of it because I thought the way it was handled was a giant mess.

In response to some of these comments, we are looking for a site wide moderator, not just for one area (FVC etc)

However we are aware of the sites more pressing issues, and would expect mods to pursue those (such as voting).

There used to be hundreds of people online at this time... Now - 4 lol. Well, Good luck finding somebody bro. I don't know whos who anymore so I can't give my opinion.

I joined back in early 2018 and there were like maybe 4 moderators. Then there were I think 7 - 8 (approximation) moving onto 2019 and then all of a sudden X decided to remove all the mods sense people were bitching left & right about mod abuse. Afterwards we were left with RULE, Rai & 2FUEL. Then his green goat was taken from him and alas we're done to only two moderators. I personally don't think this website needs anymore than three or four, considering the lack of activity. As you said there were only four people online and looking at my screen atm there are only four people beside me who are online. I believe cool ass moderators do promote site activity which is why I'm voting for @Autograph

hvk and seul and edge and lock did not vote for punk and eth to be perma banned. i started the vote, or rather, i posted a thread where i showcased what i thought was the grounds to ban eth and punk. i talked to pugz and mugz about it. i showed them screen shots. i was given the go ahead by the admins.

so if the previous staff was corrupt? and this is the defining moment? well, now you know the 100% truth.

i'm mostly to blame for that whole situation. i kept letting eth bait me into further controversy. the claim i had to perma banning them was weak. it boiled down to this: i'm sick of the bullshit, and i think the site would be better off. i was in the wrong, because they had not done anything to actually warrant a perma ban.

they did not act corrupt in any way. and like seul said, at the end, we had gotten in a discord, and started communicating. shit was looking up. it wasn't until rant threatened legal action against X for refusing to take down his song from their playlist that the mods were removed. so w/e you think you know about why the mods were removed, that's just speculation. only X knows.

I’d do it. I mod a political page and I don’t imagine this would be much different.

Of course experience is low (at rap battling and life period) but I only really had 1 beef and can just serve to set things up and moderate, as a moderator (say on a discord server) would do.

If your looking for a big name that can bring beef to the site, I’m not your guy.

But if you want someone that’s on here everyday, I’m willing.

Updates on this? There's too much work for 1 person, even you RULE. (No shade Rai, if you've got some personal life stuff going on we all get it). My vote would be with Lock. Very knowledgeable battler and voter, and is on every single day.

I would say lock for mod. I dont know much about autograph honestly but dude is doing work right now. I think he would be good as well and honestly, we need 2 more mods.

Auto would be fine as well. From what I've seen since I've been back, seems active enough, cool dude, level headed. Doing work.

Outside of those 2 I think the next best (realistic) candidates would be Shodan and Manny.
