Godbody, who in the HOF currently did you beat prime for prime? You were never the best on the site. You were a fairly good name in 2007, a nobody until 2009, really popular until 2011 and then back to a nobody (your current state) from then till now.
I don't get how people can never even get to the finals of a GC and still think they're somehow worthy. |
There should be a Hall of Fame just for people who've contributed to the site. You don't have to be good at battling or tracks to get in, or even a member who did great things, you just have to do something important (even in a bad way)... be a great staff member, help out the site, be a huge fucking unforgettable ass, just generally have an impact. NOBLE, EtH... those would be my first nominations, but there are probably way more that aren't coming to mind.

The only people i'd say deserve to be inducted at this point that have not been are Bleu,Stricc(has or hasnt?), and myself...
The rest i dont think have dominated an entire generation for an elongated period of time (years) Pulse/godbody could be if he wins a GC .... Illokwent is very close... needs to win a GC. Manhattan could be eventually if he dominates the site for a couple years i think hes just now reaching his peak. Punk could for tracks if he puts out a few mixtapes. Rhet has had a decent run but needs to prove himself and win a GC and dominate this current era Kryme Killz is a no for me. Askari is already in.. |

pULSe needs one last strong run. If he grabbed a GC and a few high profile W's in the next few months he'd be in, just a little shy of it atm tho. In all seriousness i think EtH should be in the HOF. Not for battling but perhaps a new catagory we dont currently have. Site achievement / influence etc etc. Along with Noble, Mindless and myself tbf. I think all the best from the golden era are already in, and the ones from my era who arent in are just shy of what they need to enter. I think Askari was the one who really showed how big another run can change your legacy. So far as future predictions go, theres Illo who again probably needs another run with a GC as well. Esso could easily be a HOF'er in a few years the way he's going. Stricc should be in for audio if he's not already. & the AC's should be in for crew HOF. |
^Completely agree about Askari. That showed that some guys have a legacy and are up there, but they need that one dominant run of people putting their hands up and saying "this is one of the best to do it", and I feel often the accolades need to follow as well.
I disagree about me being HOF. That was Patriarch. @Pugz ruined it by bringing Fiji Osa into it. Before him, it was the ultimate achievement of contribution. |

Guys like Chizzy and Conceited were beasts with great undefeated streaks, but weren't really on the site long enough to be HOF IMO.
Shouldn't Olde English be in the text HOF?? Only person I disagree with is Mayneak, nobody really ever considered him at the top of the site. If he is in guys like Multiple Madness, Counterpunch, or Urban IIZ deserve to be in. |
