Look at Torres .... |
Diego Costa
Height: 1.88m Weight: 81kg Preeeetty big striker imo. He has crazy strength, I think he'll be right at home in the premier league. Add the fact that Chelsea don't have anyone else as a top striker (and don't you dare say drogba lol) He'll get big minutes, that'll convert into goals. Chelsea have an amazing midfield to assist him and pacey wingers that can cross the ball to him hence scoring goals from headers. I see him a force rather than a flop |
Quote:
I'm not doubting him as a player but i just dont think he'll be ready for the prem straight off the bat |
Diego Costa also fits the identity of Chelsea and Jose Mourhinio perfectly.

callum chambers is reportedly going to Arsenal for 16 million.
Glad I picked him on my squad now lol |
Lol @ the thread tag. Shortly after I logged out, not me, but my heart made the final changes to my team lol. I'll post it tomorrow.

Her tea looking good In the states for sure ....

Lol, did my argument influence ur decision on selecting Giroud @Mayneak?

Giroud is so terrible. He scores goals because he plays for Arsenal and gets fed chance after chance. If I was an Arsenal supporter I would lose my mind every time he flails around and blows a shot.
|
But if he scores goals with the chances he gets, how is he terrible? @Louie Dawgs. Lol, is it cuz he's not pacey? Or overly technical with a lot of flair? 22 goals in all competitions last year. That's not terrible at all...
The knock on him is that he doesn't show up vs. the bigger sides in Europe. Ok, I'll give you that. But he's been the ONLY striker on Arsenal for years. The better clubs have better coaches, with better game plans. Not to mention better center-halfs... I'm with u @Mayneak, I'm rocking with Giroud until I see him become marginalized by Sanchez. |

Jack Rodwell to Sunderland? Won't do shit for Fantasy... But maybe he can give my nigga Jozy Altidore some service in the box... 1 goal in 25+ games was fucking horrrrrrrrrendous

Last season they got the least out of players from any team in the Premier, save for maybe Norwich. I have a story of three players. They were supposed to be the offense of Sunderland last season. 1. Steven Fletcher. Scored three goals last season. He was actually amazing on a terrible Wolves team a couple years ago. Ever since he has gone to Sunderland he has played pretty terribly. You might think that this is a one off deal and he's struggling with form, but you also have.... 2. Jozy Altidore. Scored only one goals last season at Sunderland. Destroyed the Dutch league the year before, and has scored ten goals in his last 19 appearences at the international level. Scores at a torrid pace for both his club and country, but can only find the net once at Sunderland??? There is more. 3. Ji Dong-Won. Didn't score a single goal and barely appeared for Sunderland. Was loaned to Bundesliga where he magically started to perform, is now playing for Borussia Dortmund. A couple friends of mine that support BVB say he's been one of the best players in friendlies so far. These are not poor players, they were just misused terribly at Sunderland. Sunderland got lucky they could bring back an on-fire Wickham and have him manage to bring his goalscoring to the side. Other than him they got nothing out of quality players. They suck at utilizing talent and Gus Poyet is a terrible manager. |
Yea @Louie Dawgs I stayed the fuck away from anybody on Sunderland. Rodwell (5.0 value) would be the only one I see worth owning... It just caught my attention because he's only like 23 & I wanna see Jozy succeed #AmericanBias

Steven Fletcher is dat nigga

Di Maria at 60 plus mill is stupid money. United desperate as fuck right now
We're the worlds biggest club, now lets go get robbed blind by real madrid for a player thy dont even want who wanted to join City before us before they said no we dont want you either. |

United is gonna get a great player, no doubt about that. But he's not really what they need, they should have spent the money strengthening up that back line. United has wasted a lot of transfer money these past few windows. Fellani was a horrible buy (although I'm grateful for it as an Everton supporter). Kagawa was a bust. Mata was ehhhhhhh, I'm not sure yet about Mata. He could turn out to be a good buy if he plays to his potential. I think Di Maria will help a lot by taking some of the pressure off Mata & let him sit back pulling the strings... It doesn't do shit for that defense though. Adding Di Maria is only gonna open United up for more counterattacks. I'm curious to see how Van Gaal plays them... |
|
You can't sit there and tell me Di Maria is worth 60 Mill. They've been robbed blind for an outcast. Which he is otherwise they wouldn't have bought James to put them in this position of having to sell him.
Plus I don't think thats why they are selling him. They are trying to raise funds for a move for another Columbian, Falcao. Either way you look at it. He's not wanted there as they don't feel he's good enough. Truth is United are desperate as fuck right now and clubs are taking advantage, and being a City fan, I love it lol. After all those times they complained about us "buying success" now look at them. They SPENDING FORTUNES and can't even win at MK. Burnley are easily the worst team in the Prem. Peoples mouths were watering at Chelsea's opening game win there. But truth is Burnley really are garbage. They didn't even TRY to calm the game down. Just long boot up the field constantly giving away the ball to put themselves back under pressure. They flattered Chelsea I wouldn't be surprised if they end up with a record low in points after 38 games. So I expect United to grab a win against them. But on the flip side I wouldn't be surprised if they struggle to get a point out of it the way they are playing right now. lol. Lately I've been watching United and cheering everytime they conceded just as loud as I have for City scoring. It's never been a better time to be a City fan. |
