That's hella true lmao, people been spamming my ass for votes since I joined. But biting is different in my opinion, instead of simply wanting to gain exposure you're directly plagiarizing another artist for the sole purpose to make your shit sound dope. In my book that's worse than asking for votes, but both are against the rules if we're using battle rule standards.

I really fucking wish someone like @RULE or @Pugz would release a public rule board so people know what to and not to do. Most are simple things that you should know not to do anyway, but a lot need to be publicized.

Biting is already announced as against the rules before you post a battle, so that rule is pretty void to my statement.

A public ruleboard would be beneficial to everyone, no one wants to get banned for "spreading lies" on some eth shit so make that public and people won't. The staff has made it quite obvious there are some... obscure rules in the book, so the only reason I can think of as to why they wouldn't is so they could make random shit up to ban people they feel need to be banned...

I'd love to hear some counterarguemnts though, like why publicizing a ruleboard would be non-beneficial. Maybe I'm wrong.

I been here for like....3 years maybe and i haven't read the rules page yet. I haven't received any infractions, none of that because you should know this shit by now. It's all common sense. As for eth. I don't really know much about it, all i know is that he was perma-banned and let back on he site under their rules. What happened after that, idk so eh..

I'm torn on the ban subject.

On one hand, nothing was at stake since it wasn't an actual battle. I feel like being exposed and kicked from his crew is punishment enough. And now we'll be deprived of his constant contradictory rebuttals that i find rather amusing.

On the other hand, this being a 2nd offense, with stolen material from 2 mc's, the line has to be drawn somewhere.

I mean i understand if it was a simple single concept but 3-4 bars word for word in the industry is cause for a law suit..

In the youtube video cypher i heard him say something like "i wish me and her would die together, so she could give my ghost face like wutang clan"..

I heard someone on url or proving grounds say that punchline before..maybe not word for word but very similiar..but in a case like that its understandable cuz itbwas just a single punch...

I got banned one time for Submitting a Tumble weed as my Entry into a New Letsbeef Mixtape cover contest becus the site was dead as hell at that time.....lol I got banned a week and had to eat that shit I think he a cool dude but maybe the ban should be just a week?
