How Did You Know Her Last Name? Interesting...

And we've been discussing this rule in the staff lounge. Sort of.

Just Because It Doesn't Bother One Person In One Particular Case Doesn't Make It Right.

I didn't even know which Verity Whiskin this was. I was looking for a completely different Verity Whiskin. Can you confirm that this is in fact you, and not a the original Verity Whiskin I was looking for?
The rule is that you're not allowed to post things from people's private locations. Google is not a private location. If you want your images to be removed from google so that people are unable to use them, you may contact google.

If You Didn't Know Who She Was Why Did You Post A Picture Of Someone Named Verity Whiskin With A Meg Griffin Body Replying To A Comment She Made In A Thread Directed At You? If You Are Trying To Say You Didn't Knowing Post Her Picture Why Did You Say

With Someone's Last Name That Nobody Else Knows But A Staff Member Has Access To? And Don't Say It Wasn't EtH, He Just Put A "LetMeGoogleThatForYou" Link With Her Last Name.

Actually, I can end this whole dispute right here.
On IV's profile, she has made her Twitter page public for everyone to see.
https://twitter.com/@VerityIV
The information contained on this page has therefore being made public information to LB.
The picture I posted is her picture on Twitter.
Ergo, you made your information public, and it was then used against you, thus voiding your data protection act reference.
Who needs to lawyer up when you're as awesome as EtH?
|
That Picture And Her Last Name Are Nowhere On That Twitter Page. Ergo, Her Last Name Was Information That Wasn't Public And You Did Indeed Violate The Data Protection Act.
Who's Awesome Now?

I googled your name and the exact same images showed up. And is that name your FB name?

If You Google Verity You Don't See One Of Her Pictures.
If You Google Verity And Her Name (Which Again Is Personal Information) Then Yes You Get Images.

Is everyone okay if I clean delete IV's account from Letsbeef.com because she insulted a staff member?
Different dispute, different circumstances.

Since When Can You Delete Someone's Account For Insulting A Staff Member? That's Not Even Ban Worthy. It's A 1 Point Infraction At Best And The Only Way It Would Be Ban Worthy If They Racked Up Enough Infraction Points For It To Cause A Ban. Nobody Has Ever Had Their Account Deleted For Something Even Ban Worthy.
So Calm Down Newb.

Disrespecting staff is actually a legitimate infraction. Nobody enforces that, so it works both ways.

Again, It's An Infraction Which I'm Sure Verity Would Be Happy To Receive If Given The Fact That EtH Is Reprimanded For Breaking A Rule As Well.
