I find flaw in your ideology there. While those top 4 did pave the way for a new innovative style of rap, Eminem has capitalized it and Made it his own through an advanced use if multies, multi layered concepts, and just a gave a new meaning to rap and is the one of the only people protecting rap from the "young money" genre in the mass media front. Geek mode: the best analogy I can think of is Pokemon. While Charizard, Blastoise, And Venasaur were the pioneer starter Pokemon and petty raw ones at that, NEW starters have surpassed them but people still believe Charizard to e the best simply because he was number 1 (6.) Geek mode out.
All that to say Em although he had his bumps in his career, I still believe he dominates the whole rap culture.
