Jones is unorthodox, but he doesn't have the finesse or ground control of a dominant wrestler. Evans changes levels just as effectively and has the stamina...of a dominant wrestler lol.
It's gonna be a good fight for sure, but don't think for a sec Evans will be "lacking in aggressiveness." I see Evens taking it in 3.....ground and pound..tko.

I sort of agree with Wig on this one.

I think that Bones will be the more aggressive and take the fight to Evans. I think Bones will show superior wrestling and on the striking he will throw an array of unpredictable shots which will throw Evans off, and give the fight to Bones quite easily. I'd say it would go to the decision with Evans being badly hurt at some stage.

I was not dissappointed with the Tito Ortiz performance either. He almost had that guillotine sunk in, and almost landed a heel hook at one stage too. He couldnt handle the power and aggression of Evans, which in turn stopped him from winning, but he showed good moments and he should definently continue fighting in the middle tier of the UFC. I'd like to see Ortiz get put against Rampage next, or maybe Machida, although it's all to lose for Machida.

Victor Belfort should get the next shot at the middleweight title. He was caught unfortunatley by Anderson Silva, but it undoubted that he is the best middleweight besides Silva, and I'm sure Silva will take out Okami, and Belfort should get the next shot. He never got a chance to tee off with that aggrassive striking attack, and I'd love to see how Silva will handle it if he does.

The real question to me is, which one of the two is going to get knocked out by Dan Henderson? I don't think either can compete with him, and the division is really weak compaired to what it was just a year or two ago, with no dominating fighters. I think with Dan on his top form now, going into the cage with an ego bruised Rashad, or a star struck Jones, will win by knockout on either.

But onto the Pac/May of MMA. Nick Diaz Vs GSP. I'd been a massive fan of Diaz for a while. His last two wins were brilliant. First he stands up against Male Cyborg, and only goes to his jiu jitzu skills when he was taken down, in which he finished it in seconds. Then, he went in with Semtex Daley, who is one of the hardest welterweight punches in MMA. Diaz took his hardest, and returned with his superb boxing, knocking the stand up fighter out. The way I see it, Diaz can really take it to GSP in the stand up. I'm not sure if GSP will let himself get submitted, and I'm pretty sure Diaz won't be able to defend the takedown. I think it lies in Diaz making sure he can get straight back to his feet once he is taken down, and teeing off with his boxing again afterwards.
