He sent me private audio beef, cancelled it once he realized I was writing for him. Then he said he was going to battle me in messages again after. Now he's talking trash about bodying me while dodging in chat.

You said he has already been banned for cheating and begging for votes, so now he's cheating people out of their bars and time by pretending to battle and then ducking multiple times. I consider that even worse than the first offence. It's the equivalent to a rapper booking for an event and then no-showing.

I'd say give him 1 week to post vs Lock or even me, or permaban him.
