On a low active site, allowing people to just join tourneys but not be actively apart of the website is one of the factors that has been killing overall site activity... just showing up for a tourney and then dipping for months until the next tourney(s) isn't helping anything.
If a battler can't even be bothered to complete 5 battles in 3 months to get ranked, they're not really worth consideration then, are they?
You've still plenty of time to make the ranks.
