A couple of weeks ago when I thought me and Lock would face Manhattan and Rai in the tag final;
Manny entered the tag LOOKING FOR SLAUGHTER so when Rai asked you to team why would you DO HIM THE HONOUR? Don't fuck this cat, should be reFUSING THE OFFER so we were all surprised when Manny was made up...LUKA MAGNOTTA! ---------- Post added at 09:28 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:27 PM ---------- You know, spoiler alert and all that |
I had never heard that name before the documentary. Was that a thing people knew about?

I thought that it was just okay. I had a few major issues w/ the documentary. Ending definitely ruined it for me too.
- The third hand in the python video was never talked about. - They barely talk about the guy who was actually murdered (Lin Jun). - The fb group drove that troll to kill himself after they thought he was the one doing the cat killings. - Spend too much time playing up Luka's "celeb" status. - One of the interviewees trying to blame the audience that we're partly at fault...when she willingly participated in the documentary that gave him more notoriety. Sounded so pretentious trying to deflect. ---------- Post added at 08:48 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:45 PM ---------- Quote:

Eh, to address your 1st point...The 3rd hand in that video was probably the python's handler. That Luka dude used Craigslist to lure the asian dude.. Could've used it to find a snake owner for a video
He's guilty just for the fact that he was present & an accessory but its baby shit compared to what Luka did. So I wonder what happened to him, but I get why he isn't a focus I felt terrible about the dude that killed himself. It gives you insight into the outrage/cancel culture and how you can lynch someone without all the facts. And I think the interviewee was blaming the Facebook group, I dont think she was blaming us. Basically saying how they were his audience. How they kept solving the clues and fueling his desire for notoriety & that's what drove him to take shit to the next level. Basically if they weren't so obsessed with trying to track him as a cat killer, he wouldn't have garnered the attention he was seeking that drove him to kill a human |

I agree w/ your other points. It's still a solid documentary as a whole. It's still not even on the same level as The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst |
