This is a dope idea. There should be one for the GC text/audio tournament. It could spice up voting and hype for battles if we had a featured battle each round that everyone would bet on. The best battle of that particular round...sort of like a highlight battle.

Should there be a 10% commission to the actual battler? Since he's the one who will win or lose credits for the person? Just spitting out ideas....

That would mean if someone wins a battle, and therefor wins other members credits, he can also capitalize on some credits as well.

But lemme stick to the thread. I'll bet on KG Vs. Rai. Both are good battlers. I'm thinking 100 credits.

That's a good idea, that could work but let's see if this takes off and then we could introduce a Featured Battle to bet on. Not sure about the commission part, as of now I'd rather stick to just 1 on 1 betting, everything's a possibility though.

I'm personally going to avoid betting on KG vs. Rai because I fully intend to vote on KG vs. Rai and so I feel that is a conflict of interest. That, and credits don't really mean all that much to me lol. I'd bet on my own battles strictly against my opponent for small amounts just for the fun of it, but that's about it.

That's a good point, maybe the person betting shouldn't be allowed to vote as they can "sway the votes" in their favor simply by voting on it.
