Is the site really that slow where you only have to battle once to qualify? That's cool.

That's how it has always been. The GC is a yearly tradition in which the top 64 most active battlers are pit against each other, and the winner is crowned a Grand Champion. It has nothing to do with site slowness, even though that is a current issue anyways lol.

What atel is referring to is that once upon a time 5-0 was risky for top 64

It used to take a lot more battles to qualify. I assume that's what he was referring to.

Oh fuck, I just saw that he's from 2006. My bad lmao

EDIT: @Rant I also don't believe I remember it ever taking more than 1 to qualify, was most likely before my arrival. So shit, I'll stop posting now lol

Haha no worries bro. I've done a few tournaments here and on other sites. I have a few GC titles but unfortunately none here. Maybe one day.

Back in the day I did close to 100 battles a month or something stupid. Lots of quantity but not much quality. The silly old days lol.
