I'll say East Coast. That's where Hip Hop started and East Coast rappers have rarely been matched in terms of lyricism. I never understood people thinking Biggie was better than Tupac though...and I'm from the Mid West so I'm sort of neutral. Biggie is nowhere near better than Tupac in my eyes.
