I know alot of rappers want "Quick Exposure" on YouTube videos and such. Would we be penalized for asking others to watch our video, in a non-spamming format?

Ex:
"Hey, Lockhart, could you do me a favor and check out this new freestyle I did?"

"Sure, I guess."

Does / will that count as spam, or will it only be counted as spam if it is borderline harrassement, because I've done that a few times on Facebook (Which doesn't operate as Letsbeef does), and that, inherently, is considered to be spamming.
