Pretty sure when this rule was instated it was said that only recycling AFTER the implementation of that rule is considered strike-worthy. I asked Rule myself, because even I recycled things before this, because it was permitted then.

Not to play devils advocate, though. I'm also not going to click a Macc battle to confirm how long ago the recycling took place as I'd rather throw myself down a flight of steps than read/listen to any of his bars again.

^They must have changed the rules sometime when you were absent, then, as I specifically remember RULE personally condoning it for me before they restricted it once more.

Either that or I was tripping much harder than I remember and subsequently just got myself banned.

Anything before 2010 i don't bother just to be sure.

Nonetheless it's against the rules last time i checked.
