and i disagree with you @Haz - quality helps the overall outcome of a song....it doesnt determine if youre a good artist or not...good artists will get the respect they deserve

I have to agree with Freezy about respect. If an individual is dope on a beat, that will shine through, regardless of their quality. Unless it's entirely undiscernible.

I wouldnt use a laptop mic or a cheap ass logitech.They distort out and pop CONSTANTLY if you have a usb condenser keep dropping with it.the only way your quality will affect my decision is if i cant make out what the hell your saying due to distortion and shit
