In New Orleans as long as you aint alone in the car you can fight the charge.... When I was 18 I got caught with a 45 and like 6 nicks (had dope in the other stash lol) what happend we was like 4 deep in my whip 2 get out to cop weed then the jump out boys came up the one way... they hacked up everyone but aint see us cause of my tint on the whip n shit

Ok so they find a gun in the car and weed they charge me i was in the passenger seat but whip was mine.... i got what they call a 95-E its a drug dealer charge for drugs n guns I sat for bout 6 days and the charges got dropped in a month.... As long as you don't admit to anything a good lawyer can handle it.

Also i'd never snitch not even false accusastion type shit. Fuck that call me a fake gangster or w/e but I know myself

More needs to be taken into consideration tbh. Do you have a family? Should your family suffer without you because you won't snitch on somebody who was knowingly/purposely breaking the law in the first place? And to be honest if your friend would do the same if the situation was reversed then he's take the full blame and tell the cops what actually happened and you wouldn't need to snitch.

@Verity where we from...snitching could mean ya family is in even more danger
