This the 2nd time he tried to snipe me and he won't even take a private battle. The first time I was winning. He cried at every vote so I did us both a favour n deleted it. The 2nd time I seen his game and thought . you know what? fuck it!!. you wanna battle me? I mean REALLY wanna battle me? then fuck it. lets go!

If i wanted to battle Killz, and i posted and open which he sniped. And i said i wanted it deleted... im 95% sure that suggestion would be laughed at, told no, and the battle would continue.

Saying that, i see your point as well C, and it was bitch like (no hate STOT) but that is what this battle is all about anyway.

Yes you're right. If you asked it most proberbly wouldn't get deleted. But at the same time. If u and killz wanted to battle you wouldn't go the cheap snipe route, you would both arrange a private battle. which is what I'm trying to do.

But on me deleting it. as oppose to you asking for it to be deleted and it not getting deleted.

Because I'm a mod and I KNOW the situation between myself and stot and exactly what his game is. It's easier for me to know whether to act or not as opposed to judging your past and feelings with whoever sniped you. I know what his game is so on principle I took action. Look I know technically it isn't right but the principle has to take president sometimes and this was 1 of those times.

Plus I was winning the first battle.

And this 1 had no votes.

So at no point was he even ahead for him to really declare it cheating. I'm making a stand.

So again stot. lets battle properly.

You also need to remember/know that Stot is the same person who used to rigg votes in his favour when he was a mod and got DE MODDED for asking people to vote for him on MSN.
He was exposed via screen shots which lost him his Mod position.
