God wouldnt have a Belly Button and i doubt Adam and Eve did whoever depicts adam and eve in paintings etc are just going off what people look like 10 fingers 10 toes a belly button but they werent "Born"they were just Created similar to the what came first the chicken or egg i think the chicken was "Created" same as Adam and Eve but if Eve gave birth then that kid would have the 1st Belly Button
