Ok ok ok I think I can clear this up. Thanks to RULE for being so formal and professional about it but unfortunately that doesn't work here.

Eth was permanently banned. He was then allowed back to the site. He then fucked around and pushed his luck as he's done EVERY TIME he's been allowed back in one way or another, so he's been banned again indefinitely.

Personally I've always liked Eth, but there's no point in 'testing' staff members or attempting to 'air them out' for the hell of it, especially when a) you have a perma-ban looming over your head; b) you're in a position of trust, such as mod; c) you have no foundation on which to base your accusations and fuckery; d) you have a history of infractions of dishonest nature and general fuckery.

This isn't some agenda RULE has to have Eth extinguished from existence. I'd have banned him too in all honesty.
