Look I am in no way trying to tell you what you should be doing. I only talk from my own past experiences. You will need somebody dedicated to doing the job. Not someone who just does it just to get it done. Obviously it is definitely mandatory that he/she has experience already in this line of work. Well this is of course if you are someone who cares about regulating.
