if you know how to fight it wouldnt matter if hes 30.
all you need is one proper punch and he'd be out .. doesnt matter how old he is
also.. if you have the strongest kick in your class then your definately in an amateur class.. that isnt meant to be disrespectful.. but your still a teenager.. theres no way you should have the hardest kick in your class even if your way beyond your years.. simply because theres people who've trained for so many more years then you.
proper kicking is something that cant be short cutted...
your shins become conditioned over time kicking heavy bags.. rolling pins on them.. hiting them with bamboo.. its a process that takes years

Hah well , My kick is around as good as my boy's who got me into it .... People even gave me props on it , WHen i first kicked the pad it was loud and everybody just looked over at me like whaaa hahaa
The way i see it is tho ... 30 year olds are more devoloped , On average their bigger than a 17 year old naww mean ... Plus most of them work, So they got muscles and most times they been through their share of fights .... You would NEVER bet money on a 17 year old beating up a 30 year old ... Unless The 17 year old was buff and the 30 year old was handicap
Oh yea Kryme, not to steal your thing but .. im eating fried chicken right about meow
