This was fucking fire, both had some dope fucking punches and at first glance was a hard decision. Reading over a couple times I think I got my winner being a bit more creative and fresh. Its so close though. Best of luck to both. 

This battle was crack as expected...winner won for bringing a stronger blend of personals with the punchlines as well as having better concept work, loser held his ground though

Mid 7 vs high 7..both were fire, but my winner had better concepts and cleaner multies. The other was good, but had alot of forced concepts towards the end. Anyways, fair vote no h8! 

Both were nice but i felt one carried the scheme better fair vote. 8-8. 

Winner was more well put together when it came to creativity and punchlines. Other had some dope lines and had the bar of the battle but the verse as a whole had ups and downs and wasn't consistent. Winner was also more relevant when it comes to setups and build ups.

wasnt really impressed by either here. i felt row was a bit smoother in terms of scheming. everything else was dead even. will be back to vote on this

Very tough one to call. Had to read twice. Both stayed on the scheme well and had nice punches thru-out. Vote concealed.

Bars-wise this was insanely close, flow-wise one took this so I gotta vote accordingly. Dope verses on both ends.

Nice battle over all here. I felt both had a few ups and downs. Cel was a bit stretched at times (too many words between multis) I felt that Cel had better set ups that related to his overall bars and concepts though. Row was smoother overall with the mulits but also had some obscure concepts (EX: Narcoleptic tendencies at a lake) that came off awkward. Extremely close battle here. I've got a winner
