I mean, I'm in favour of it and fair fucks to anyone deciding to give it a shot. But the superiority complex that just because you stand in front of someone with a camera and a youtube account, makes you better than everyone else, is what's getting to me.

To be fair, battling live is more likely to take you to other places just from the exposure than text battling on LetsBeef or any other website. Especially when Smack is on BET now and people like Mook are getting paid $20,000 to live battle. But yea, I do feel there's an unjustified sense of superiority about it.

Some boxers earn 200 a night, Mayweather, if the statistic is right, earns more in one fight than everyone in the UFC combined, x2. Pretty sure the stat was something insane like that.

Respect for putting yourself out there and doing something you enjoy doing, but you're acting like one is a career path and one isn't. Guys just hop on here for a quick audio battle. Turn on their mic and spit. For the majority of guys around here, it's just a little hobby they do in their spare time. All I was saying is that you're making it seem as though live battling is a life of success and audio battling is for nobodies.

the live atmosphere, the hand gestures, the performance...the facial expressions, the tension...live battling is the ultimate form of battling in my opinion and the truest to the culture. audio battling is a dope way for people overseas and what not to battle each other but just doesn't cut it for me anymore although @Godbody can get bodied anytime he wants to set it up as well as countless other names. lol
