The Terri Schiavo line was pretty funny though. On a serious note, I can appreciate that X – Cal is even thinking about how to retain newcomers. The site itself needs to focus on this issue. I know a lot is being done behind the scenes to implement the upcoming mobile environment, but I'm not sure if that alone will be enough to automatically fix the high turnover rate we see in new members. Asking folks to sweet-talk when they drop explanations on votes might not be the answer, but we all need to be trying to figure out what is.

Maybe but from what I was reading from X it would appear it is having a serious makeover ....

Who knows tho .... you could only truly know why people leave by surveying them after a certain amount of time from not logging back in via there email or summat

A Guy who drops a battle with no structure,all over the place,on his First day here,Battling some "Textpert", who's Top 10 all time, and getting Rated a 6, when he feels like his verse Deserved at least Higher Than a 6,Not to mention he really Thought he won,
Or a guy could Get banned and come back,and Repeat what he does, because hes active.Or a person with a specific status could break the rules and act like he didnt know them.

And then watching the made up drama between the Battlers,That seem petty,and mean absolutely nothing in the Grand scheme of Things,That's disheartening.

All of the Battle Leagues have a certain demographic that it appeals to,..and is usually geared toward Catering to that Audience.With us , there's a huge class divide.Anyone with a colorful name, does not Look like me,Be it Red ,Green,OR blue. those People are not a Diverse Group,And that's who this site is for.

People are coming with a URL mindset, when this site is KOTD Lite... A Dude can come on here with his Murda Mook shit, and Literally lose to slim jesus,using some shit he swore was fire..By a Landslide...a nigga would be like,"FUCK THIS SHIT, THIS SHIT IS STUPID"..A guys not received well, and when he leaves, no one cares.
