Suggestion: Text to Audio Recycling

There is one audio battle live at the moment. The audio section is on it's knees. I suggest bringing back text to audio recycling. This was allowed previously under @RULE to incentivise texters to also drop battles in the audio section. Essentially this means you can spit your text battles as writtens in the audio section.

That's the main reason I stopped audio battling is when recycling got outlawed. It makes for double the workload for people who are both audio and text heads, which we know will not be a workload that is gonna last long.

I don't know, seems kinda lame too me but it doesnt really affect me so I suppose im ok with it.

I think the real game plan needs to be to get audio working in mobile. I know that would get me doing audio, and probably many others as well. I'm sure it's not easy, but its definitely doable.

I would support doing away with tourney purses to invest some of that money into mobile audio. That is the future of LB and needs to be actively strived for.

I am not against this being implemented again. I think last time it was done it delivered results so I dont really know what'll happen this time. Audio will in fact pick up once the recorder can be used via phone as I see a few people ain't rocking a pc and that prevents them from battling.

If anything, the textcee who does that will be at a disadvantage as the shock factor will be taken away. Different thing hearing a fresh bar delivered to perfection and saying 'oooooh shiiiiiit' than a recycled bar delivered to perfection and saying 'oooooh shiiiiiit...ive read that before'.

As a guy who has done both audio and text for five years now, I can definitely say that I usually just pick Audio or Text & mainline that for a bit before switching, due to the workload. As Nick said, this could be used as a lil audio section band-aid, and I think it would be beneficial as fuck.

I mean, just I could drop 30+ audio opens if this rule was active right now.
