The blastoise bar is straight up bitten from the verse mc kg posted
As is almost all of his word play from the battle 'Zap Dos' a few seconds after the blastoise line.
the MAGNUM MITE(mangumite) part is around 7 minutes 23 seconds
Also the MURK ROW concept was used in the same verse as the blastoise part from Nelsyn v. Row...

I think this is a reach, honestly. Why? There's only so many Pokemon to make bars out of, and most of these concepts are basic and obvious as hell. I can see how you would be suspicious but I don't think it's a bite.
