Scheme Tournament (?)

There seems to be a lot of interest from users for a tournament, and activity is picking up (in text at least), so we’re thinking of running this year’s Text Scheme Tournament because it’s about the time of year it would be scheduled. There’s been a lot of talk about cash prizes being offered by users. We’re still waiting to hear from site ownership if this is allowed for official LB tournaments, but if the people talking about putting up $$$ would be interested in doing so for this tourney please let me know (@Zulkarnain and a couple others; completely fine if you wanna do your own thing also).

I would prefer to compete in the tourney so @Odin has agreed to run it if I do, but for the next few days I’ll be working out if it’s worthwhile and hopefully running signups so please contact me if you have any questions, and please reply to this thread if you’d want to compete.
