Yeah you can block people from rating your tracks. The block feature.

Stops people from voting or commenting on your battles.
Stops them rating or commenting on your tracks.
Makes their forums posts invisible.

Not really a fan of the block feature because people abuse it & it ends up making the site dead cause no 1 can interact with each other.
