Vinnie Paz and Immortal Technique are definitely both on my top 10 fav rappers list. Hard decision for sure, but imma have to go with Tech...just because overall his content is more 'real'. I mean, Vinnie Paz has some conscious stuff too, but most of his stuff is REALLY angry, sick stuff about murdering. While Immortal Technique is angry too, he has a bunch of conscious songs about poverty, government, etc... such as Harlem Streets (one of my fav songs by him)...

Tough question. Vinnie is more of a more consistent spitter, his flow is so precise. Tech is more of a complete artist. "Dance with the Devil" is a masterpiece and his first two albums are classics. My personal fav is Vinnie, but we're splitting hairs here.
