I'm going to start a video series on writing tips for battles, topicals and basically everything else to help out beginners.

You guys have any tips, topics, ect. you think beginners really struggle with (Or if you are a beginner what do you struggle with)?

I was planning on doing multis first, but is there something more basic I should cover?

Hit me up, I wanna make something helpful cause I know I sure as hell struggled when I first got into it.

some advice my massa once gave me was use the word Like as little as possible.... and also "there is no try only do"

Heres a tip specifically for LB beginners, Fill in the box and spit the complete :45, 1:00 and so on(I'm not sure how many bars that would be though)...

I like the concept. If you could throw in a nerdy professor persona with Buddy Holly glasses and pocket protector, it might gain a following.

I'd start off with multi's, because half the shit these kids write doesn't even rhyme.
Start explaining the basics of a 3-4-5 mutiple and a basic structure in which it might be used. This will show them a basic battle form to work with.

From there you could move on to content like word play, punches, etc.

That was exactly the plan.

Just checking if there was any specific garbage people saw rookies shitting out on a regular basis or if I should just go with whatever. I guess after the first videos the little fellas can just post on the video and tell me themselves since a lot of them only lurk the forums.

Cause y'all are assholes to up and comers, which probably destroys a lot of undeveloped talent.
