When you are the front runner and innovator, this is too a problem that occurs... smh.. We want to do something that has never been done, but with that it's alot of trial and error. Other things are easier said then done. When that happens we weigh it on the priority scale..

I always thought LB was too much into the OLD heads battling... and they didn't give any of the newer guys any tournies or features for the NEW guys. Like the chatbox is only for exclusive(if im not mistaken), the VIP is only for VIP (obv), the character on the profile is only for those who have been here long enough to make him/her look cool.... but as a new person... you're not really entitled to anything. It makes it kind of hard for people to WANT to stay around when everyone else has cool shit and you... are just stuck with nothing. Kinna looks like a dark hallway with no light at the end. Nobody is gonna stick around to see when they can finally see an endgame lol. Think about it... you guys have all the OLD heads you're making features for.... but those old heads are already going to stay and continue to come back. So why make them the priority? Strictly as a staff member, what you guys want to do is make more incentives for the older members to contribute with feedback to NEW members, get them involved, open the chatbox to everyone one of the new members who drops 10 votes a week (or some shit), make a tourny for the new guys, Create some features for them. You guys have 100+ battles from new guys a MONTH... yet, you're not doing anything to KEEP them returning... they come they battle they leave forever. wtf?

That... and Staff. Not just "mods", people need to see ADMINS in the threads. In the forums. Not just taking action, talk to your people. Chill with them, hang out and drop some work. kick back in the chatbox. Battle some. Also, switch the battling up a bit for the VIP/Exclusive PPV events. You guys have been doing the same thing over the years... and it's worked, dont get me wrong... but liven things up. Throw a monkey wrench every once in a while. Create grudge matches where ALL personals go in a verse and are allowed. Do an alias tourny where nobody knows who anybody is. and for gods sakes please take off that stupid "dont pm for votes" rules. It works good in theory but damn it's the most retarded thing ever. EVERYBODY is gonna pm for votes whether you guys know about it or not. You cant stop that anymore than you can stop dickryding. It's STAFF's job to watch the votes closely and make sure no fuckery goes down, not a MEMBERS job to keep it from happening so stop putting that responsibility on THEM. The WORST thing to do is for an admin to make it seem like they're just here to staff and that's it. People want to connect with the admins/leaders, the more they feel like you're in the trenches with them, the more they'll show support and continue to follow.

Now before you all start the rioting against skizzo.... that's just my opinion... from site owner to site owners. That's what I would do with LB if I owned it. Forum wise anyways. tbh
