He's modding his own crew member's battle. literally all I did was comment on the battle that ACs won illmania, they didn't lose it, and I was in MM when Illmania happened.

What you are doing, regarding the "battle in question", is strangle-holding it with your psuedo super injunction. It contains a fake personal...but no one is allowed to talk about it or make it known. You are passing this all off as a broader discussion. That's a separate issue. Even worse is that it's probably the premier member of your crew.

Regardless, the way to handle fake personals is to allow them to be discussed by external parties. If the personal is fake, and we can't discuss it, it is presumed as true, which in short means you can say whatever the fuck you want and it's cool until the battle ends.

You proposed a ban on fake personals to me in IMs. What's a fake personal? This situation is clear misinformation, but if I battled Tana and made a line about her lying about Skizzo and Rohan, the point of that line would be to aggravate and piss her off. I can't prove she's lying, nor would I even believe she was. If I say you fuck your dog, is that a fake personal? Hyperbole is everything in rap battling. Personals are rarely straight facts, but using statements and themes to hurt someone based on information obtained about them. It's a blue moon where a verse has an "exposed" kind of personal. Theres no enforcement.

In short....allow m to say Rai used a fake personal and allow Subreal to comment it, in an unbiased way, in the battle (as he did) and assess it case to case. Voters can then take that information, which is very relevant, into account when making their vote.
