I’ve noticed similar stuff. When the tourneys were going on, I’d click on Rieper v Noir and it would read and show Bnas v (forget) as the battle. The name of the battlers and their crew was of Bnas v (forget) but the avys were of the real persons participating.

I think I would prefer this if the battlers were not only blind to each other but were also blind to the voters until the person has voted. So someone would see only the verses and not the names/personalities they belong to until after they have voted. It might reduce voting based on reputation.
